Next Step was a great and loving place that offered essential aspects that helped me in my recovery. The staff goes above and beyond what they should do everyday to make sure each client receives the absolute best treatment possible. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to change their lives for the better..

Next Step MS. Ann and the entire team are awesome and saved me from a life of pure hell. I wanted to leave quite a few times and the whole team here kept me from going back to drugs. The houses are great and the people are even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to beat their addiction.

Next Step First, let me say that if you are looking for a vacation, this isn't the place to go. This is for people that truly want help and are willing to do what it takes to become sober The skills that they teach you here really do work. The practitioners Jerry and Tracy are amazing. Trust them. I have been to rehab before and while it is true that you get out what you put in, this place is miles above the rest.

Next I in joyed being at Next Step. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond everyday. It is very organized has a lot of strong points. Me. Ann walker you through everything. She is amazing and truly a blessing. I would recommend this place to anyone really wanting to get sober/clean. This is the place for you.

Next Step Absolutely the best program I have been through. They helped me build new coping skills and work tirelessly to help me with housing upon discharge. They truly care about your wellbeing and sobriety at Turning Point. Mrs Ann and Allie never gave up on helping me when I needed their assistance and made sure I had a place to go before releasing me from their care and were calm and collective throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a place to get clean/sober and learn a new way of life, Turning Point is the place to go!!

Next Step: I have been to five treatment centers, and out of all five this treatment center is by far above and the rest above the rest of all the others. I have never experienced such a genuine level of care from the staff; one in point is Mrs. Ann (the director over next step) has the most caring heart of anybody I have ever come into contact with in the mental health field. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who’s loved one has a problem with addiction or any other mental health issues. By far this place saved my life.

Turning Point Next step has helped me realize the things that are great about myself as well as help me understand that the excessive use of controlled substances is not necessarily. My life as a whole is way more important than I’ve ever realized and I’m happy with the person I didn't know was there. My therapist Jamie was a TON of help to my self confidence and Kyron and Don were fundamental to my consciousness of self and made it easier for me to envision my future. Other than disorganization at times, this place can truly help you if you let it.

Next Step IOP Turning Point is an excellent program to come through and well worth the trip no matter where you are from. The staff is very personal and helpful and the classes are very insightful and aiding in the well-being of each individual and their different needs. Ms. Anne is especially helpful, caring, and will make your stay seem like a home away from home. Turning Point (Next Step IOP) is the best treatment center I've been to! They taught me skills I need to deal with life on life's terms. This was by far a truly Life changing experience. Anybody that says otherwise just isn't ready. I cannot say one bad thing about this place. I went in homeless, lost and broken. They sent me away with hope and courage to keep going. I still talk to many people there on the regular. I work a program daily. The case manager found me a safe place to go and refuse to let me be discharged without a place to go. It was a place in an area that I wanted to live. If anybody is ready to try a new way of life I highly recommend Turning Point. They do dual diagnosis and have great Dr.'s. I am so grateful for this place.

Turning Point changed my life. Four months ago Turning Point helped and provided the most unforgettable and life saving opportunity. My experience with Turning Point was very positive. From the first phone call to the end of my stay there. Each and every staff member treated me with respect and dignity. I never felt I was being talked at like so many other recovery places do, I call it text book talk, straight out of the textbook. Turning Point staff talked to me and made sure I was being understood in my struggle. Their primary goal was to make sure I was receiving the best possible treatment to recover, all the tools I received from group therapy to Bible Study was all such a wonderful experience. This review of turning point is one hundred percent the truth. I have a friend whom I was so worried would overdose on several different highly addicting opiates and I turned to addiction campuses for help. I was at my wits end, and a woman named JULIE CHRISTOPHER was and has been a godsend. This caring customer service representative assured me everything would be alright and we worked together for days to get my friend into treatment. There’s a whole backstory of prior insurance issues, not being able to get into any rehabs but Julie worked night and day to ensure that my friend had a place to go. Julie stayed on the situation monitoring it even when she was not working to ensure a smooth transition into the rehab facility. Julie is a valuable employee whom takes her job seriously as it is a life and death situation. As for the rehab center turning point in Mississippi, my friend who usually complains about everything was so happy after receiving his treatment 30 days later and boasted about the accommodations and the staff. My friend was an addict and came home sober. I know the deal about addiction and how it’s a lifelong battle but he is not craving anything and doesn’t even drink alcohol and is a reminder to me never to give up on people, they have the ability to get clean if they desire it bad enough and if they actually get the help from professionals such as Julie Christopher. Thank you turning point for your five star service and for Julie who literally saved my friends life and job!!! Highly recommend addiction campuses

I was here for a month and made lifelong relationships with some very understanding people. They work with you side by side through your detox, assign you a life coach and a accountability partner to show you the ropes. Turning Point is the best at following up as well; for those who think they may slip up post rehab. Another thing I digged about this place is the freedom at night time and options to choose what classes I wanted to attend that night. Generally this is not a religious facility but it does provide bible studies and offers church rides on Sundays. It has a pool, some trails, a gym and awesome people!!

Hey to everyone who stumbled onto this page! I am an example of the power of recovery that I received at Turning Point. I was scared to walk through the doors and admit that I couldnt keep living the way I was, but I was received with love and compassion from every staff member I encountered. I learned quickly that the people there don't work there for the paycheck, but because they cared for hurting people seeking a new way of life. I opened my heart and my mind to the lessons and became the person desperately seeking life away from addiction. I was blessed to see lives changed and my connection to people and God was restored! I'm walking a new path all to the thanks of the commitment of the staff for changing lives. It became my home away from home. Thank you people's of TP for your encouragement and the heart you put into your work! Keep it up!

I am 9 months sober today, thanks to Turning Point. I am SO grateful and happy to be able to say that. The staff is so loving and kind, they truly know where you are coming from when you walk in the doors to get help. The dbt & life skills that they help you learn are amazing. The sense of "I'm not the only one" is felt immediately. I would highly recommend Turning Point on your road to recovery. 💀

I was at TP for inpatient treatment for 30 days. I know without a doubt they saved my life. The staff here has to be above and beyond the best ever. From the CEO to housekeeping each and every staff member truly cares about you. The DBT skill taught here are a very different approach and so useful in everyday life and so easy to apply to every aspect of life. I was terrified when I walked in the door and a few staff members went above and beyond to ease my fears and by the time it was time to go home I didn't want to leave my new family. Also it is important to know they have resources for you after you leave to stay in touch with staff and support that is just amazing. Once you walk in the door you are a part of Turning Points family for as long as you choose. It has been almost a year since I left and still have contact and participate in reunions and other things available to us all. If you are struggling with drugs or alcohol and fear is what stops you for seeking help please please give them a chance. You won't regret it. Get your life back and have the life you dream of!

On November 2017 on Thanksgiving night my spouse brought me to turning point in Southaven . What a wonderful staff so friendly and showed so much compassion. The program was fantastic they gave me the tools and DBT skills and showed me how to use them on a day to day basis . Turning point Southaven and the staff there saved my life . I came to turning point for one reason and that was to learn how to have a drug free life . Well that happened and i also left there knowing i now have a 2nd family and a huge support team to back me up with any problem i may have. To the staff of turning point in Southaven ms thank you so much for helping me get my life back . I will never forget what you did for me. I will be 90 days clean in 9 days this is a huge mile stone for me concidering i was high for 4 yrs

Good Evening I am the parent of someone that recently stayed at the facility in Southaven MS. After years of dealing with my sons addiction...and after years of several rehabs and other programs I can honestly say Turning Point is one of the BEST treatment facilities we have ever been involved with. My son graduated today...and the graduation ceremony was one of the most emotional and rewarding experiences I have ever witnessed. My husband and I were both tearful listening to other graduates whom we had never met....all praising the staff at Turning Point. When my son called me the first time from the facility...he even stated himself that the staff there was incredible. I have been reading some of the reviews and it is frankly disturbing to read some of the things others are saying...I understand everyone will not have the exact same experience...but some of the things I have read just simply can not be true. From the beginning families are told by just about EVERY treatment facility that the patient will not be allowed phone calls or visitors for at least the first week. And the one review I read about being questioned about payment for meds or what not...I find that hard to believe as well. I have had my son in some super nice facilities....one that called me at least twice a week wanting to let me know that my bill with them was up to $14,000 and was I ready to make a payment!! I never received ONE phone call about money from Turning Point...not once. They are NOT one of those places only concerned about the money. A VERY well know place in South Florida...oh yeah....they are all about the money. I ONLY have praises for Turning Point. My son came out of there a completely different person...physically and mentally. I plan on trying to keep in touch with them to let them know just how amazing we think they are. Each person that goes there are going to get out of the program as much as they put in. My son was especially grateful to his counselor there....he spoke of her to me on almost each phone call...and he even commended her during the graduation ceremony when it was his turn to address the staff. "Kudos" to Turning Point!! Bless each and everyone of you that dedicate your time to helping each of the persons in your care. I even had a hat and stickers made with the Turning Point "symbol" and just the date that my son went in....to always remind him...that date was the "true" Turning Point in his life...when he decided to change his life and get sober.You guys are doing amazing work...saving and changing lives!! **One more thing - the review listed by a woman complaining about the building being a converted hotel - shame on her! Do you care more about your loved one getting better or do you care more about the facility looking like a spa?!? Most of the "spa type" facilities ARE the ones that only care about the money. Trust and believe...the way your loved one will come out feeling 100% better about themselves and about life...that is what matters!!!

I had a good time there and feel like it did me some good, would have rated it higher but just found out they never forwarded any information about me completing to my probation officer so was just informed my my lawyer that i now have a warrant out. Just tried to contact turning point will raise my rating if they can get the the required information to my P.O. To Follow up ... less than 24 hours later my case manager had resolved this issue, I thank the Turning Point staff for handling this so quickly and also would like to add that this place is wonderful, you truly do help change lives.

I have witnessed the hardest of cases succeed here. I am in awe of the success rate.

Turning Point has given me a sense of sanity. A sense of order. A piece, and a peace, of mind. I originally thought that I was going to go to 'rehab' and group therapy and talk to a shrink and blahblahblah. Peel the onion and all... It became so much more than that. Past has passed. Leggo my EGO. Since, well, my ego got me to the point that I went straight from jail, to Turning Point. Besides my marriage, Turning Point is, by far, the greatest investment I have ever made. The staff is 2nd to none. From housekeeping to recovery coaches to therapists to C-levels everybody at Turning Point plays an active part in every client's recovery. The skills I learned moving forward...and how to deal with my addictions, my recovery and my eventual sobriety, are invaluable. In retrospect a great many of those skills are common sense. But, as anybody who struggles with addiction knows, common sense isn't so common. Thank You, Turning Point. I continue to play the tape out...

Addiction Campuses gave me my life back. The doors opened to the once in a lifetime shot that I had to find myself, to learn to love myself, to learn that I always had the life skills in me, they were just hidden under layers of built up emotions I buried with substances. I am filling in the deep hole that was dug for so many years, with my new life worth living. They provide you hope, when no one else can. The sincere and genuine care that Addiction Campuses has for their clients is something that is hard to find. To be an alumni of this program is a blessing. The after care that is also provided is above and beyond. You ultimately put in the work, but the Addiction Campuses family is right there holding your hand, standing beside you. I couldn't be more fortunate, grateful, blessed and appreciative that on my day of surrender, that I surrendered to Addiction Campuses. "It will all be worth it tomorrow." That is the hope and comfort they provided me with one phone call.
