Had a little misunderstanding, but their CEO was on point and corrected the in less than a week! Inside this location, I'd love to become their director. Staff needs much work on professionalism and customer service.

I absolutely love this office. Everyone here is so professional and yet still so compassionate. I've been coming here for years, and wouldn't dare do anywhere else. The staff is amazing. And my doctor, Dr. Akin is the best! He always listens to my concerns of my medications, just as he is always concerned himself as to how they are affecting me. This truly is the best place you can go. And one you have been, you are treated like family. I do consider them like my second family. The entire staff is caring and concerned of your well-being every time they see you. Best place ever. Don't know how much clearer I can make it. Lol. Thank you Health Quest for all that you have done for me, and helped me with to be happy again in my own skin. Thank you! 💖

The doctors are great but some of the staff will blow you off. I guess it's their word against yours. They hang up on u or leave u on hold.I will talk to dr.Fu about this next visit.dont know where my prescription were sent, can't get a answer at health quest and when I call back they hang up.I did not want to do this, but how else will these issues get addresses by management. I wouldn't trade Dr. Fu for anyone he is patient and undrstanding.

The Staff are wonderful! The therapist are so great! Dr.Fu has got to be the best doctor in his medical field. This place saved my life!

Dr. Fu is one of the best psychiatrists in the city. He's thoughtful, thorough, and listens completely. He's yet to be wrong about diagnosis, medicatons, dosages, etc in the 4+ years I've been seeing him. The only complaint is they are just so busy all the time! Maybe even TOO busy... Regardless of my appointment time, I block off approximately 3 hours for my appointments with him. Sad, but true. If your anxiety causes impatience or if impatience causes anxiety, I would look elsewhere for a psychiatric practice. Other than that, I have no complaints. Plus his care makes the wait worthwhile.

Everyone at this Dr's office is nice and very helpful. They have a pharmacy inside the Dr's office and they also deliver prescriptions daily if u don't have time to wait, but its never taken more than 10 mins for me to get my script filled. If you are looking for a Suboxone/bunavail Dr or psychiatry dr they have a great treatment plan.
